Motorcycle pickup arrangements

This policy covers collection and pickup service arrangements for motorcycle rentals. Select a pickup location before you complete your booking. Your selected location and any service charge are saved with the booking and shown in My bookings.

• Sg Besi: LRT Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur — no additional pickup service charge. Open Maps
• Gombak: LRT Gombak, Selangor — no additional pickup service charge. Open Maps
• KL Sentral: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur — RM200 pickup service charge, applied once per booking and included in the online quote. Open Maps

Meeting details are confirmed with your booking. Contact BRAAAP before changing the pickup location or time.

Pickup and return times

Pickup is available daily, 10:00–22:00 Malaysia time (UTC+8). Pickup from 10:00 until before 18:00 has no time service charge; pickup from 18:00 to 22:00 costs RM200 per booking. Pickup-location fees are separate. Return office hours remain Monday to Sunday, 08:00–12:00; after-hours return service is subject to arrangement and costs RM50 where offered.

Bring your valid motorcycle licence and a security deposit equal to two times your motorcycle’s 1-day rental rate, which is paid separately at collection. BMW and Ducati are labelled Operator Set and require a minimum rider age of 35 years. All other motorcycles require a minimum age of 21 years.

Return location

The return / office location is Lot 130, Jalan 18.19B, Taman Seri Serdang, 43300 Selangor. Your booking dashboard includes Maps links for your selected pickup area and the return location.
